I have been using this garage for a number of years, however just experienced shocking cutomer service from the Manager. If you experience any problems with the work done, dont expect any good will on their part. The manager refused to accept liability or offer any money off as a good will gesture!I will not be returning back to this garage....

At first I bought a VW Polo with full service history in Mill Road garage. So what I did I went there to do service paid a lot of money to change oli and few more things. Then after 6 month before winnter I had some problems so start my car and I was planing to go for holiday so I went again and paid 150 pound to change plugs, cables, check my batery etc. I went to Poland for holiday and I asked my father to go to garage to his best friend to check my polo the mechanic said to me that for the last to services witch i did nothing was done. Oil wasnt change filters as well and batery I throw to the bin. So Im asking now why I paid so much money??? Why nothing was done in my car?? On main web side Mill Road garage are ony the best reviews?? ...
